• box breakdown and disposal
• donation drop-offs
• light cleaning and space resets

Most clients book a 4-hour or 6-hour package for move-in support.

Home Styling & Occupied Staging

Create a warm, inviting, and beautifully styled home using what you already have. These services are perfect for homes preparing for the market, as well as homeowners who want a fresh perspective and a more intentional, well-designed space.

Occupied Home Staging Consultation + Plan

Create a warm, inviting, photo-ready home using what you already have.
This service includes an in-home walkthrough and a customized staging plan to help your home photograph beautifully and appeal to buyers. - $150

  • In-home walkthrough of key spaces
  • Identifying what stays, what should be removed or simplified
  • Furniture layout suggestions
  • Styling recommendations using your existing decor
  • Photo-ready adjustments for listing photos
  • Custom staging plan created after the visit

 

A staging consultation is required before scheduling a staging day.

Staging Consultation + Staging Day

Hands-on staging support to implement your staging plan and prepare the home for listing photos and showings. (4 Hours - $160)

Includes:

  • Furniture layout and flow adjustments
  • Styling and soft touch-ups using existing pieces
  • Photo-ready adjustments before listing photos
  • Small staging refinements throughout the home

 

Working from your staging plan, I’ll help implement the changes needed to prepare your home for listing photos and showings. (Consultation / Plan / Staging Day) Total $310)

  • Additional time available at $40/hour if needed.
  • Optional small repairs or installation tasks can be quoted separately.

Photo-Ready Reset

2–3 hour quick staging session ($150). Help a listing look clean, bright, and photo-ready right before the photographer arrives.

A quick staging session designed to prepare your home for listing photos. In just a few focused hours, we declutter key spaces, adjust furniture layout, and style surfaces so the home feels clean, inviting, and ready for the camera.

Typical tasks:

  • decluttering visible surfaces
  • rearranging furniture for better flow
  • styling kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
  • removing visual distractions
  • adjusting decor and lighting
  • quick outdoor entry touch-up

 

This is not full staging, just polishing what’s already there.
